Question: Does is make your hair smell burnt?
Answer: Not that I’ve experienced. You can vary the temperature and it is recommended to start as low as possible and increase until you get the results you want. I have thick, long hair so I find 370 degrees does what I need. Also make sure hair is completely dry. I would think some products might give off a burnt smell so try a styling product that is meant for high heat.
Question: better than Head Kandy straightener brush 2.0?

Question: Is someone with thin porous hair a user? My hair is thin but curly ish – frizzy like.

Question: Can you use this with tape in extensions? or would it melt the tape?
Answer: I wouldn’t recommend it, I’d assume it would melt it and ruin the brush.
Question: Can someone explain what does the small holes right under the brush are meant for? I saw something about ‘aion spray’ but don’t know what it is.
Answer: To help with ventilation, I would assume.
Question: How do you clean this brush?
Answer: Are you referring to the hair or residual hair products? Hair comes out fairly easily and about once a week I take a makeup cleaning wipe (walgreen’s knockoff of Neutregena makeup wipes) and i run it through the blades on a diagonal, and it it removes any hair product residue and restores to original state.
Question: Why do you need a glove
Answer: It’s all how you use the brush. I don’t use the glove but i do see why they included it. I take sections of my long hair and run the whole section over the brush, when the brush gets to the end of my hair section, i grab the section with my free hand to move it out of the way to make way for the next section- doing it this way, my free hand gets briefly hot considering i just grabbed hair that has been heated to 400 degrees. But i move my hand so quickly that it doesnt really get hot- but for beginners or amateurs just learning how to do their own hair I would imagine they don’t have this maneuver nailed down yet and could get a scalded findertip ha!
